Terms of Service for Vanity

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vanity app (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and logging into Vanity using your Instagram credentials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

Vanity allows users to connect their Instagram account and receive AI-generated ratings for their profiles and posts. By using the App, you confirm that:

  • You are using the App for lawful purposes.
  • You are providing accurate and truthful information in your use of the App.

3. Vanity Premium

Vanity offers a subscription service called Vanity Premium which provides additional features. Please note that:

  • All purchases of Vanity Premium are final and non-refundable.
  • The subscription can be managed or canceled through your app store’s account settings.

There are no refunds for partial subscription periods or unused features.

4. Account Management

Users can delete their accounts by simply deleting the App from their devices. We do not store your Instagram login credentials or other personal information on our servers.

5. Instagram Authentication

Vanity uses Instagram to authenticate users. By logging in, you grant Vanity access to your Instagram account data for the purpose of analyzing your profile and posts. We do not share this data with any third party, and it is used solely for the functionality of the App.

6. Liability

By using the App, you acknowledge that you assume all risks and responsibilities associated with your use of the App. Vanity is not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities that may arise from your use of the App or reliance on the AI-generated ratings.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after any modifications to the Terms indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
